- Assume responsibility for compatibility between members
- Promise specific timelines for finding a match
2. "Chat & Know" Feature
The "Chat & Know" feature is designed to help members communicate before accepting requests. However:
- We do not monitor or moderate chat conversations
- Members are responsible for their own interactions and conduct
- We encourage members to exercise caution and not share sensitive personal information until mutual acceptance
- Chat messages are automatically deleted after 7 days for privacy protection
- K2 Matrimony is not liable for any issues arising from chat conversations
3. Privacy Protection
While we implement security measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Members are advised to:
- Use the "Chat & Know" feature before accepting requests
- Only share contact details after mutual acceptance
- Report suspicious profiles immediately
- Never share financial information or passwords
4. User-Generated Content
Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they provide. K2 Matrimony does not:
- Endorse or verify the authenticity of personal statements beyond our standard verification
- Take responsibility for interactions or communications between members
- Monitor all content posted on the platform in real-time
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Matrimony and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss arising from:
