"Chat & Know" Feature
You can chat with requesters before accepting their request. This allows you to:
- Discuss expectations and compatibility
- Ask questions about family, career, lifestyle
- Build trust before sharing contact details
- Chat history is automatically deleted after 7 days
4. Data Security
- Encryption:All data is encrypted during transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure Storage:Photos and documents stored on secure private servers
- Access Control:Sensitive information only visible after mutual acceptance
- Regular Audits:We regularly review our security practices
- Auto-Deletion:Chat messages automatically deleted after 7 days
5. Information Sharing
We donotsell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your sensitive information is only shared:
- With members you havemutually accepted(contact details, photos)
- With K2 Admin team for verification purposes
- As required by law (court orders, legal processes)

7. Data Retention
We retain your information while your profile is active:
- Profile data: Until you delete your account
- Chat messages: Automatically deleted after7 days
- Inactive profiles: Removed after 2 years of inactivity
- Community data: Retained for matchmaking but without personal identifiers
