Important:K2 Matrimony is a community-based matchmaking platform. Critical information (contact details, photos, horoscope) is only sharedafter both parties accept each other's requests. We encourage members to use the "Chat & Know" feature before accepting requests to ensure compatibility and trust.
1. Eligibility Requirements
- Membership is strictly limited to thePadmasaliyar community
- Male members must be at least 21 years old; Female members at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
- If registering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their consent
2. Request & Acceptance Process
The following process ensures privacy and security:
- Step 1:Member sends Interest/Mobile/Horoscope request to another member
- Step 2:Receiver can view the requester's public profile information
- Step 3:Receiver can use"Chat & Know"feature to discuss before accepting
- Step 4:After mutual acceptance, critical information becomes visible
- Step 5:Only one active request per profile pair is allowed
💡 Tip: Use "Chat & Know" to discuss expectations, family background, and compatibility before accepting requests.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is our priority. We ensure:
- Contact details (mobile, email) arehidden until mutual acceptance
- Profile photos areblurred/watermarked until request acceptance
- Horoscope documents arelocked until request acceptance
- You control who can view your sensitive information
- All data is encrypted and stored securely

4. "Chat & Know" Feature
The "Chat & Know" feature allows members to:
- Discuss expectations and compatibility before accepting requests
- Ask questions about family, career, and lifestyle
- Build trust and confidence before sharing personal contact details
- Chat history is securely stored and expires after 7 days
⚠️ Note: Pre-acceptance chats are for getting to know each other. Personal contact details should only be shared after formal acceptance.
5. User Conduct Guidelines
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and dignity
- Not engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
- Not share inappropriate or offensive content
- Not use the platform for commercial purposes
- Not impersonate others or create fake profiles
- Not attempt to access other members' private information without consent
6. Profile Verification
All profiles undergo manual verification by the K2 Admin team:
- Verification typically takes 24-48 hours
- Providing false information will result inimmediate account deletion
- Verified profiles receive a "Verified" badge visible to all members
- Verification does not guarantee compatibility or marriage success
7. Limitation of Liability
K2 Matrimony is a matchmaking platform that facilitates connections. We do not:
- Conduct background checks beyond community verification
- Guarantee successful matches or marriages
- Assume responsibility for interactions between members
- Share personal information without mutual consent
